Blueprinters and facilitators co-create a learning plan to meet the individual needs of each student, driving with curiosity, compassion, a focused mind, and open heart.
Blueprinters design their own pathways to reach personalized goals as they access and analyze relevant information, and acquire the skills and desire to overcome any challenge.
Blueprinters engage with humanity in order to first spark a change within themselves as they listen to the stories of others and seek multiple perspectives while creatively solving problems.

It all started in August, 2016. Here in Blueprint we strive for human connection, solving problems, and most of all for struggle. One of the biggest things Blueprint has done was make me accept struggle.
I have grown as a human because I have been connecting to more people, because I have heard more stories, because I am not just stuck behind a desk. I have learned to make a change in the world because I did not sit back and let the world change me.
